I've never had the free concert tickets but when I've had free film tickets, I've printed them off. It doesn't matter if you can't print them out right away as SFF should send a link to your email address so you can print when convenient. They did used to offer to send the ticket to your mobile phone but I don't know if they still do.

PS I don't know if you've used free ticket sites before but it's worth mentioning that if you want 2 tickets, you usually request them at the same time (you don't go & get 1, then another 1, IYSWIM).

Glad you got tickets, was just coming on to let you know about them. I got some for Manchester, seats were poor but ok for free :-)

What time did you get there? The train I need to get gets me there for 6.20pm but I am thinking if delays or it get cancelled then I am stuffed as it says need to be there between 5-7pm and anyone after this may not be admitted. I think it says this on general tickets if I remember rightly so keeping fingers crossed they will let in after support act if late!!
