Advice needed from an electrician

Hi
Just had some electrical work done in the house, I reckon I got a bit overcharged but that's by the by. Noticed this morning that a couple of the fuses on the fuse board have been changed to lower spec (it was over-specced so not a safety concern), but I'm not sure what the value difference is. I'm not going to follow this up over a tenner but have a feeling it may be more.
If you know about such things and are willing to help can you pm me please and I'll tell you the details.
Cheers
