Great first time buy.........

House prices seem to be flying again. :j

A "SHED" is being sold for a whopping £260,000 — making it one of the most expensive in the world.

The brick box with a flat roof and stable doors comes with a small kitchenette, shower and wooden floors.
And the new owner of the "unusual live/work property" would only be able to sleep in the shed a couple of nights a week due to a clause in the lease.
But the whopping price tag comes because of the shed's upmarket location in Highgate Village, North London — where Kate Moss and Jude Law have also recently bought homes.
The shack is on the market for £259,950 — almost ten times the average London salary of just over £27,000.
Mark Newton, associate director of sales at Taylor Gibbs, said the property would be a “perfect artist studio or London crash pad”.
He said: “It is a niche type of property as a live/work space.
“This is never going to be the type of property where we are going to get hundreds of enquires on but it will be the perfect property for a specific type of person

It's actually a commercial premises.... where you're allowed to stay over a couple of times a week.

    So it's just PR.

It's a good size though, more floorspace than most studios.
