Trains CD - Signed - Who to Thank?

Had a signed Trains 'Save Me, San Francisco' CD turn up in the post, no note, compliment slip and the postage was done via paypal so that's no help.
I've tried to find the comp without success on the MSE forum
If anyone can help can they add the name or a link?
