Thanks everyone for your great ideas - I will definately have to raid the recipes section and get shopping! Lasagne seems a favourite (we like it here too!) - I will just need to get some small dishes to freeze it in. Does anyone recommend a certain type, or will anything do?Sealed Pot no 20110

Take care with chick peas. Like with nuts, small children can choke on them. Make sure they're mashed up for the little one.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0

I make vegetable goulash and freeze - adding the greek yogurt just before serving. You could adjust it with less or more paprika for the little one.
Fresh fish is easy and quick to cook to, plus nutritious for the little one (if you eat fish - I don't).
When my son was little I used to batch make his food once a month into ice cube trays and freeze it. Easy to take out what was wanted, and increasing the portions and texture of the food as he got older. He could then eat this food (the Annabel Karmel books are brilliant for recipes) and you could have what you wanted. You could all still eat at the same time too.:hello:0
