thank you both for this advice,
Im just trying to do whats right and pay off what i owe when i know when i had these debts accrue. Im not coping too well at the moment im kinda frantic and i have a appointment next week in hospital as an emergency as when these people first contacted i had just recently had a minor operation which has since failed and caused me a huge amount of problems and im being referred to the royal london hospital as i need a specific specialist as i have so many health problems going on with no clear cut answer to why its all happening and as i had cancer as a child you can imagine my dr's are frantic to make sure its not resufaced somewhere else just to give some background to why my illness has progressed so quickley.
So i do thank you all with your help and a chance to vent as well i dont talk to anyone other then my husband or on social networking so to get some sound advice has really helped. Thank youAlways looking for fb friends to share with  2012 comp wins- 4 annual passes from merlin, cooler bag

I second this advice.Hi
if you are restricted to the house, please contact CAP, as they do home visits.
they will apply the required flea in the ear needed by this lot.

thank you
i just used the cccs debt remedy and they worked out my payment to them for this debt is as low as £12 per month so i am working my finances out right and ive also been advised to seek help for depression and anxiety for which i am already. I will work to this plan they have set out and contact the CAB to see if they will come out in my area also i am thinking of asking my gp to write me a letter asking them to politely back off as stress can be a trigger to my health and maybe then they may get the message.Always looking for fb friends to share with  2012 comp wins- 4 annual passes from merlin, cooler bag

Good, I'm glad you're starting to feel a bit more in control xx
Be honest with the debt remedy tool, make sure all the figures are correct and that you allow yourself a little here and there on stuff in order to be able to pay for everything you need ( and a little for what you *want*)Our LBM: Dec 2011. DMP started: Jan 2012. Debt at LBM: £41,568

well got the same email again :
Good morning,
As the account is has been in continue and regular default since 2007 we would require an income and expenditure form, so as to be able to set up a formal arrangement, as we need to ensure the payment is within your financial means and fair, therefore preventing any further default and also any undue stress that would be caused if the account fell into further default. Payments sent in outwith a formal arrangement will be deducted from the balance as a token payment only.
then i replied :
Hello
Your just repeating what you have said and I have done a income form myself because I'm not a complete idiot. Now unless you want to take the matter to court for harassment in which I've been told I'm a vunerable case already being treated for mental stress and depression I sugest you back off before I report you to the office of fair trading as I know you can't keep on at me like this and have been warned of your companies reputation of being nasty. Now I know cabot are you working for them or do you own the debt as in which case I would like proof of this because I know I made payments with cabot before I was rushed into hospital. Now your statement about causing me no further stress is totally contradicting yourselfs and I wish to file this as a complaint. I've made an offer and paid the first instalment any further emailing regarding this will be harassment as you cannot bully nor try to make me pay more then I can afford so I'm telling you I can afford 10pounds per month therfore that's all. I'm on benifits with a pysical and mental health issues I suggest you back off as your very close to break many rules. Weither in default or not its not been in default since you contacted me as I've made a payment so how is it in default now?
Kind regards
to which was responded with :
Good afternoon,
I have set up a payment plan of £10 per month with each payment due on or before the 19th. However would stress that any default from the arrangement may result in further collections activities.
If you are in financial difficulty or suffering from health problems we would advise you to seek advice from citizens advice or similar organization as they will be able to help ensure you are receiving all financial support you are entitled to, aswell as deal with your creditors on your behalf.
