That's a good idea! When you pay back nectar points do you just hand your nectar card over at the till and they deduct from there or do you need to convert to vouchers first? Ta0 -

Hi they just take the points from your card no need for vouchers.0 -
Now you have me intrigued as to which wine you are thinking of!
Price match in Sainsburys is capped at £10  Ideally you want to buy £20 of branded items and get £10 brand match till spit
I think its just easier and less fraught to buy the £9.99 wine that is 3 for £12 less the 25% discount - 6 bottles for £18Anyone know if this Sainsbury's 25% is taken into account BEFORE of AFTER any Brand Match check ?
Just thinking along the lines of ....
£5 in S and £3 in A or T >>> BM = £2
buy 6 and get 25% off so paying £3.75 in S
Do you still get a BM of £2 per bottle ? IF you do then ONLY £1.75 a bottle :j
Or JUST one of 75p ? (Presuming you get one at all)“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Is it me or is the site down???0

This works with the smaller 18.7cl bottles as well but not sure if it can be combined with the 3 for £5 offer?
If so you could get 6 bottles of the Blason De Bourgogne Pinot Noir or Charnonnay for £7.50 rather than £15.54 ie £1.25 a bottle rather than £2.59
The T deal is probably better but I am not near one and will be in Sainsbobs today anyway so might check it out!!0 -
Hiya All,
Went into Sainsburys,Ashton,Bristol last night for this promotion and came up with this Deal..
Stamford Brook Shiraz..
Was £9.49 per bottle....on offer at 3 for £12
6 bottles for £24 plus 25% off
£18 for 6..saving £32.94 per case.
Any other suggestions for good deals on good wine etc...0 -
Useful thread thanks although am suspecting it will be merged....
I have had this wine before and like it - Mondelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, also on the 3 for £12 deal so would work out £18 for 6. It's £7.99 full price.

Hoping to pop out later for some.0 -
On mysupermarket just it is showing Sainsburys as having dropped the 3 for £12 promotions and those wines are now price reduced to £4 each.
So it still works out at £18 for 6 bottles but it does not feel as good a deal as when they were £10 a bottle“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Today, I wandered through Sainsburys and discovered a bottle of £9.49 chardonnay is currently included in the 3 for £12 offer! And on top of that, if you splurge and get 6 bottles, it qualifies for the 25% off the case. Decent saving if you like nice wine, or want to give as birthday gifts. And it's available to order online too. Apols if this is a duplicate thread
As I'm new I can't post a link, but it's the Stamford Brook Chardonnay 75cl. What I can tell you is that I've had a glass and it's very nice!
