    Ok, look...

    1. Stop panicking about this. You're mind is doing overtime thinking about things that may never happen.
    2. Their letter clearly states you aren't the person they are after. This basically means you can now produce this letter to anyone who thinks they can extract money out of you. That includes a judge (although they won't take you to court. Ever.).
    3. A default is required before any DCA can take you to court.
    4. Not all DCA's initiate court proceedings. Very few do.

    You have absolutely NOTHING to worry about here. You're in a very, VERY strong position here.
