Oh thats strange. I just tried it using a different email address and signed in at checkout and the mug was still coming up as free. Not sure what to suggest - sorry if it doesnt work peeps (newbie alert lol). :-(

To be fair. It looks like there is lots of free stuff on their homepage.

Edit: In fact scratch that, it was a 'test of patience' completing the details for the free pen, then I realised you have to buy some business cards to qualify.
