Mortgage after Debt Management?

Hi,
I've been in a debt management plan with the CCCS which will be finished in a few months and i will be debt free yay! I'm wondering whether i will be able to obtain a mortgage after having the DMP? does anyone know? i am hoping to save 10k by the end of the year, so this will go towards a deposit.
Thanks!

You may need to wait a little longer.

Thanks, early days but just wanted to know if it is an option.0

Building a savings history with Nationwide's Save to Buy scheme for example. Would demonstrate that you've learnt the lesson. Paying a mortgage month in month out for 25 years requires discipline. That's what the lender needs to be convinced of.0
