Mortgage AIP to email

I've had an offer on a house accepted, but before they will take it off the market the agent wants to see proof that I can afford it.
I thought it would be simple to get an AIP sent to my email, but it doesn't seem to be that easy. Halifax will only send one by post and First Direct don't do them at all apparently - both have said they'd be happy to lend to me.
So, is there anywhere that I can get an AIP sent to my email so that I can forward it to the estate agent. Or, is there another way to give them proof of affordability?
