a prize hasn't arrived for a friend of mine who should she complain to? the place are ignoring her emails , all help appreciated:j

    Congrats to your friend.
    You haven't given any details of the comp its a bit vague you could try:
    contacting the organisers ,cos sometimes the comps are run by other companies .
    Have you tried leaving a message on FB ?
    How was your friend informed maybe you could phone them.

    I emailed these guys when A prize I won never turned up and the company did not care, they got the ASA ( advertising standards authority) involved and I got my prize :)

    I would try them..

    This question is asked many times. Look in the comp guide - there is a FAQ section which covers missing prizes. Good luck.

    thats awful.:( another idea to think about... if its a big company, you could also get ure friend to send a recorded letter to the chief exec or something. ive done that before when ive complained about poor service etc. works a treat! good luck, pls let us know what happens.:)

    Just make sure that you've given them enough time to organise the prize. Most Companies ask you to allow 28 working days, so at today's date (24/04) that would mean she should have been notified on or before March 16th before worrying too much (allowing for the Easter Bank Holidays). Having said that, it's bad that they are not answering her emails.

    thank you thats the email I was looking for, they said 4 weeks but its been 6 and they stopped replying to her x thanks everyone :)
