Hi all,
just after some advice please really. We had a mortgage approved back in September. Process was simple, only 1 bank statement required, and a letter of employment. However our purchase fell through, and to extend the mortgage offer would cost too much so decided to go with another company. This company are now asking for much more info and i'm worried they will turn us down.
I do not earn alot - I get about £12k a year, and my partner is on £45k plus bonus. The property we are purchasing is £230,000, and we have a deposit of £57,750.
I have a loan in my name, which is due to end next year, he has no debts, but a credit card which does not have a balance on. We are first time buyers.
Do you think our mortgage application will go through? I hope i'm just worrying for nothing.
Thanks in advance
