anyone dealt with Blackhorse for F&F?

Weve been trying to negotiate a F&F with blackhorse since feb 2012.
They initially wrote back the day after we sent the F&F offer (20%) accepting however upon checking the wording of this letter with nationaldebtline we were advised to insist that they wrote to us stating that they accepted our terms of offer ie; the debt would not be pursued further and the credit file would be amended to say partially satisfied.
We have written and called several times to try to get them to agree this action, with them each time saying this isnt necessary and that there letter of acceptance is satisfactory.
were kind of at a stale mate now really and have invited them to take us to court as theres just no reasoning with them.
anyone else had any joy with blackhorse or similar experience to us?

I would go with national debt line if I was you, get the exact agreement in writing , because if you don't they could pursue you at a later stage. Step very carefully before paying them anything under agreement.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
