Outstanding credit card balance for mortgage application

Options
Hopefully a simple question. On a mortgage application, where it asks for the outstanding balance on a credit card, do I give the current balance, even if I pay it off in full, every month?

I would tkae the outstanding balance to be the amount left unpaid after the last payment to the card.

Show the current balance and tick the box which indicates "to be repaid on or before completion" so the lender disregards the cost of the card in its affordability checks.
