Getting to know the BT staff really well having spent so much time on the phone trying to get answers. PLUS (are you listening BT?) it is not very helpful to be directed to reporting your problem via the website when the internet isn't working:mad::mad::mad:

Rant over:p Hope you are all well and not snowed in anywhere. We had lots of snow this morning but all gone now.

Hmmm... it strikes me that someone at BT needs to engage brain before opening mouth G :mad: Really hope you get your internet sorted... and soon. Are you stuck with BT?
