    Think we are going to need some more ice cream cake today. It is another beautiful day and the best bit is ...........I'm on holiday!!!!!

    Not that I am going anywhere, but it is nice to have a break from work and some sunshine is the icing on this particular ice cream cake.

    Morning all!

    <---- this little lad is off to the vets tonight with a poorly leg, he's not a happy chappy.

    Arctic roll - reminds me of school dinners as a kid. I was always amazed at how they'd baked a cake with unmelted ice cream inside it, hee hee!
