Is the "Will cake cheer us up" Scientific Fund to be extended to include puddings in general? I love cake, and I have to say HL you make excellent cakes, but I am quite fond of apple pie, ice cream, crumble, trifle, lemon meringue pie, sticky toffee pudding, Mississippi mud pie and cheesecake of any variety:D

I'm pretty sure pudding making doesn't take up much space either:D:D:D:D

I hope the funding bods agree that "Will Puddings cheer us up" is a worthwhile experiment. You can't get reliable results just limiting the experiment to cake.

Lovely sunshine here :j which makes a change from the rain although according to my BF it's not rain it's "little moist drops of sunshine" :cool:

:hello:Good afternoon. Sorry been busy this morning, OH is off to visit the relatives in Spain, aged parent's 85th birthday next week.

I am extremely pleased to see the funding bods have agreed to the "Will puddings cheer us up" scientific experiment. I am currently assessing the cheer factor of both cake and trifle and will be back later with my results:D

Was sunny here this morning, clouding over a bit now.
