Morning All, didn't stop in the pub Spoon, even though it home shire I decided to be a tourest for my 40th and stayed in a B&B, then went and stayed with friend's in Castleton and went down the blue john caven.

The milestone birthday was a couple of year's ago, :-] it was also the first time I did a charity run, shamed some of the young 'un's at work into doing the same, they were impressed that I was more than twice there age and size and getting out there and doing it on my own.
