It is clear that these fees are WHOLLY DISPROPORTINATE to the amount of the debt.

i agree with what herbie says tho-- it is a bit harsh on a 10 quid debt

the OP can phone the courts to enquire about whats happened as in get more info, just the courts wont accept payment now its been handed over to the bailiffs
