Hello all.
Im a newbie to the forum
My mums currently in financial difficulty and i had heard that there is a loop hole where as i can buy her property for £1?
I have searched this and cant find anything of this sort and wondered if any one knows if this is true and if so where would i find this information or who could i speak too??
If this isnt the case how easy would it be for me to go on a mortgage and remove her name from it.
Any help or advice would be great

why
what loop hole?
she can give you the house for nothing if she wants unless of course she wishes to avoid her creditors or if it's mortgaged
maybe give full details then you will get better responses0
