Hi,
I've posted this in the techie forum, but thought maybe I might get some help here too
.
We have itunes on the laptop, it syncs to my DD's ipod touch from there. We've just bought an ipad2, and when i try to download from itunes onto that, it asks me to answer 2 additional security questions, as its the first time we've tried to download onto the ipad. Problem is, I have no recollection of what answers I gave to these security questions (childhood friend - I had 4 of them, and city parents met - they didn't meet in a city, and I can't remember if I used the nearest city, town or village). Whatever answers I've tried so far are wrong apparently .
Can I reset/get round these security questions, to be able to download directly onto the ipad?
I've emailed apple tech support too, but haven't had a reply yet (they have a 24-hour guide turnaround time).
