And many others.
Thank christ you haven't resorted to lies to try and make your point, eh?
You should probably look at what you have linked to. These are shared ownership properties. Nothing to do with newbuy, and frankly, nothing even like it.0 -
Nothing is going to improve until and unless the FSA water down thier overly tight lending rules which cause millions to find themselves locked out of home onwership even though the vast majority of them in past sustained a mortgage perfectly well.
Here is an idea dude. why not let prices come down to affordable levels so that the dudes on the street dont have to work every given hour to service a huge debt. Let people enjoy their lives without being tied down with a massive mortgage.
The FSA rules are there for a reason. They are here to stay. Best just accept it manMaidstone Prices - average reductions at 8.5% (£19,668) Feb 2012 - We thought the dudes were not allowed to drop prices?0 -

dude you wouldn't be criticising the banks for being greedy would you? The biggest ramper on the board having a pop at others for being greedy :rotfl:Maidstone Prices - average reductions at 8.5% (£19,668) Feb 2012 - We thought the dudes were not allowed to drop prices?0 -

When I clicked "Find Newbuy properties" on Rightmove and selected London these are the ones that came up.0 -
No, I think it is you who have resorted to lies. You have given 3 examples of shared ownership schemes and not Newbuy. Of the 3 shared ownership examples they do not show the full costs just 25-35% of the value.

Not like for like, shame on you.
Apologies, it looks like the link I clinked on was incorrect.
That'll teach me for posting after half a bottle of port...0 -

No worries, I'm actually having a hard time finding London Newbuy properties my self. Rightmove Newbuy button just takes you to any new build scheme. The big builders sites show them out of London. Maybe it is just early days or something else is going on.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Why do you keep creating a new account? Seriously, why? I reckon it is probably because the majority of this forum know you, and just bypass your posts without a second thought, so this really is the only way to get people reading them; by pretending to be someone else... oh that will fool them.HAPPY_HOMEOWNER wrote: »NewBuy is a fantastic scheme that allows any struggling FTBs reach their dream of homeownership and all the privileges that come with it. Anyone who dismisses it and thus all the hopes and aspirations of these FTBs is nothing more than an aberration of jealous hate of other peoples success and ability to knuckle down and get on with their lifes.
Unfortunately your plan goes out the window when it is the same monotone messages being spouted out, so doesn't take a genius in working it out.
Why would anyone believe something you have to say if that is the way act? Don't see users on the other side of the fence creating new accounts to get their point across. Just saying.0 -

Just listing users on the forum, nothing about their Nth account... but I'm more than happy to be proved wrong, just haven't encountered it myself, certainly not in the scale of what I mentioned.0
