hi
Does anybody else buy a bottle of Hoisin to use in a stir fry only to find 5 days later that they have to throw it away?
Any recipes that you can freeze, unusual ways to use hoisin! or small packets advice welcome!

I've never had this problem with Hoisin, where are you keeping it? I've kept Hoisin and Char Sui sauce for over a month and never had a problem. I buy mine from a local asian supermarket because it's cheaper and make a lovely cheap chicken wing dish with it.
Just coat the chicken wings with the sauce and cook in the oven on about Mark 4 for 1 hour - lovely!Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
