            Hi I have be on this site for a while, I have posted on the debt free diaries before and and have not continued with my posts as people seemed to tear me to pieces, and I ended up feeling more depressed than ever.

ETA Just had a quick look at that link, and I agree with him about not needing to knead the dough or put it somewhere warm to rise. I'm [STRIKE]a bit [/STRIKE] very lazy about kneading so just mix until everything's incorporated. I do leave the dough to rise for hours though - usually overnight. The longer you leave it the better it tastes. I watched the Hairy Bikers last night, and artisan French baguettes are risen for 24 hours for the first rising and another 24 hours for the second rising. There was a bakery in one of the other countries they went to where the dough was risen for 48 hours for the first rising.0 - 
            Most people may disagree with me but i think going from spending £500 to £200 effectively overnight may be setting yourself up to fail abit maybe reducing it by £50 each (month?) untill you find a happy medium
Very true. Baby steps is the best way to go otherwise it's easy to feel like a failure and just give up. It might take a while - months even - but the OP will definitely get there.0
