I am considering buyng a property with a long term friend to help her get on the property ladder.
I already have my own home so my mortgage lender has said I cant get a second residential mortgage with them as I obviously cant live in two places at once and have suggested a buy to let.
However, my friend wants to live in the property which is officially against the rules of a buy to let mortgage so thats not really an option either.
Then I found the sharetobuy.com website which looks great - anyone know of it or had any experience of it?
Thanks in advance.
