    If you are claiming JSA ask when you go in, they may be able to refer you somewhere to get your cscs card.

    If you are doing work in people's homes I would strongly suggest you get some public liability insurance. Otherwise if something goes wrong (heaven forbid) such as drilling though a cable or knocking over a Ming Vase, then you are covered
