    Debt-free and Proud!
    Morning All,

Today i have three MS jobs, one is yummy lunch visit and the other super at supermarkets so i will buy things i can use to make my lunch for work each day. My petrol is paid for too so its all good. Also as I will be out most of the day, the heating will be off!

Need to sort out my penny jar as i have loose change everywhere and also do what Hope78 mentioned (great idea!) Im going to put £10 under my car mat for emergencies and then give Hubs my purse for the week.

    Hugs

  • Morning everyone.
Yesterday I dried the washing outside but today is wet and windy so can't do that again. Pleased I did the towels and bedding yesterday so not much left to dry on radiators.
Have just finished putting into the freezer the meals I batch cooked yesterday.
Going to a concert tonight (part of DH's Christmas present) so determined to keep costs low - petrol and parking only. No rip off merchandise, programmes, food or drink. We're going for the music not a meal and will eat at home first.
    Have a great Sunday everyone

Be brave Crawley_Girl re: the car. But I do sympathise. When my car got driven away last year I cried my eyes out even though it was costing a fortune to keep on the roads!

    Today I have:

    * Done C&S on line.
    * Will do a frugal as possible grocery shop later.
    * Will have a "use up from freezer" lunch.
    * Did a 'reduced powder avec soda crystals' wash of bedding. (Unfortunately the rain got to my place of the world quicker than expected so I have had to use tumble dryer for a while...but finishing the stuff on radiators.)
    * Decided not to go back into town today to look for some tops. I have bid on a couple on EBAY instead, much cheaper.

Don't think there will be much else today.

Well, I think this counts (it certainly did to me!) - Yesterday I found out that one of my work colleagues (same age as me, opposite gender :) ) is in a very, very similar situation to me in regards debts. She's yet to talk to Payplan yet, but it's rather nice to have someone close by that I can talk to and try to help as well.

    Today i have...
    - Caught a lift to supermarket with parents so saving on bus/train fare.
-Bought veg "loose" in the supermarket as it was up to £1 per kilo cheaper than prepackaged and less waste since there is just me now!
    - Bought reduced to clear versions of what i needed food wise wherever possible
-got few items to list on ebay later if possible

    quick follow on...

today I found £3 down the side of the sofa :) and my Auntie gave me a large bag of Clinique GWP make up she didn't want.
So it's been quite a good day for surprises.

    Have great evening folks.
