I have a mortgage and unsecured loan with my ex partner we decided to keep our NRAM mortgage until the 5 year fixed was up this was in jan 2012 he stayed in the property and pays the mortgage payment and we share the loan. Anyway to cut a long story short I regularly check my credit report on experian because he went through a phase of missing payments. Yesterday when I looked at my report the mortgage and loan had disappeared from my report. I tried to ring NRAM - closed, tried to ring ex - no answer or ignoring me!
Is it possible for him to sign over the mortgage without my consent or move it to another lender? not that I mind if he has my credit report look excellent without the debt I just want I know what has happened to it!
