Having loads of problems with these. Keep doing surveys which dont pay and now money has been taken from my account when almost at payout. They are saying no money has been taken but it has. Anyone else had these problems

I've never had a problem with them, and I am almost at cashout again (further to my post above) and I don't even log in every day. Have you kept a proper record of your points ie: not got confused with another site?

Hope that doesn't sound patronising BTW.:)

No I dont know whats happening with them but the surveys from toluna never seem to pay and something really odd went on with my balance

I have had a few pay outs of £25 from them. I never use to receive emails from them but now they come regularly. I think it is because i started to log in.

Yes I have had a few payouts from them, but this time there have been a lot of problems, when doing toluna surveys in particular. I do the survey then get a message saying I have been paid before when i have not.

Then my balance went down nad pureprofile said it hadnt, maybe it was just some sort of glitch in the system but it was very annoying.

Will be giving them a rest for a while I think

I have just reached payout £25 :j this is my second payout but seems to have taken ages to reach £25 but I have been logging in everyday recently whilst trying to reach £25.
