I need help from global test market members

Hi there,
I was asked to complete a survey this week which I did but unfortunately there was a consent form I should have downloaded and I forgot to do this.

Is there anyone on the forum who did a similar survey this week and may be able to supply me with an email address so that I can contact the original company involved.

I realise that I am unable to discuss the specifics here but if you would like to pm me instead I would be VERY grateful

I did try but they just said to go back through the link but I don't have it any more and the survey no longer shows on my gtm member page.

Just thought I would ask here before I write the whole survey off
