Automatic Discharge not happened

My husband and I went bankrupt a year ago and were due to discharge beginning of April. They OR has been useless the whole way through and we have received a letter about a week before our discharge date saying that they would not be seeking a IPA from either of us. However, on the register we are still showing up as bankrupt. I have written to the OR but we never get a response from them. Does anyone else know why this has happened? We have not received any notification that an application to extend our bankruptcy has been made?

Thanks

Hi TOB When you click on your surname and it brings up your full details, do remember to print off several copies from the insolvency service site showing your discharge status, this will help with your credit file clean up later. Wait 2/3 months and then follow Fermi's sticky.
