Have found assistants there to be quite rude in the past, once instance where there was buy one get one free on glasses, I chose a valid frame for the expensive option but only liked a cheaper frame for the free pair (cheaper than the valid free pairs that is) but rude assistant wouldn't or couldn't negotiate so I walked without buying. Go there for sons eye test and opticians themselves are very nice.
