New Product Idea

Hi all, I have an interesting idea for a bathroom product up my sleeve, and I need some advice as to how to go about getting my idea from a rough drawing to an actual product. Does anybody know of any reputable companies that could help, that wont involve me paying out an absolute fortune?

many thanks for your reply Tim, looks like my idea will stay an idea! Theres not really any way that I could afford that kind of money to take this forward, but thank you for your advice anyway!

As with most "ideas" you are going to be stuck between a rock and a hard place.

You evidently need to get more professional advice but to do that you need to share your idea which evidently puts it at risk.

I think the figures quoted by the other poster are possibly a little bit spurious as a "bathroom product" could be anything from a new bubble bath which could be done on a very low budget to a fully waterproof 3D TV projector and soundbar built into one that would take masses of money to develop.

There are a few "inventor" forums out there that can give some better ideas of the cost and process, especially if you can find others that have asked about somewhat similar ideas in the past.
