I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted on 20/4/2012 in hospital under local anaesthetic, last night i noticed my molar next to the extracted site (bottom left molar) is a little loose, I have never had a tooth extracted before, let alone dental work so im anxious as i dont want to loose anymore teeth. What would you reccommend i do?

If you're concerned, go back and see the dentist - as it's impossible for anyone who can't see the problem to advise you accurately.
Having said that though, it wouldn't be unusual for a surgical wisdom tooth extraction to make the next tooth feel a lttle loose for a few days. If that's all it is, then it should firm up again as the socket behind it heals. Just don't play about with it too much, and dont keep checking how loose it is by giving it a good wobble!
You need to just pop and see your dentist though if you feel it's anything more than that. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0
