Late payment mortgage charges

Would l be able to claim back charges .Sometimes l have paid my mortgage late and they have sent me a letter. letting me know they have charged me 25.00.On my mortgage statement summary it says Fees Interest payments
on my fees it says 454.oo dose that mean l can claim them back.Can any one let me know many thanks .

No you can't. The claim back is only for current accounts not mortgages.0
