Early repayment fee

I am wanting to sell my house but have just realised that my repayment fee from june last year is over £3000 eek! It says from June 2013 that no repayment charges will be incurred. Will the charges go down again this year or just stay the same from last year? I want to sell by July as moving for a job. Any ideas on how to persuade them not to charge me? I can just see all my money paying fees at this rate what with estate agent fees, bank fees and solicitor fees

There are hundreds of lenders with tens of thousands of products live on different mortgage accounts. Nobody on this forum could possibly answer this question. Other than yourself that is. Look at your mortgage paperwork or call your lender. Will the charges go down again this year or just stay the same from last year?
