rates increase question

evening
i have just applied for a mortgage with santander, got accepted, send off wage slips on thursday to the underwriters for varification, rates agreed are 4.99% fixed for 5 years BUT
just checked there website and the rates have increased slightly, will i be offered the rate i was quoted or the new rate on offer?

I recently had a similar situation with Nat west but they honoured the rate in the offer letter. I did call the customer services to confirm, but all was ok. Maybe call them Mon morning, but hopefully you have got in there before the rate rise! Good luck!0

My paperwork for the mortgage I am appyling for says rates valid until x date0
