I wouldn't be suprised if orders are rejected.

Nick.

If you have received any type of confirmation of the order from Dell, and they still refuse to honour the order, then contact your local Trading Standards Office and report the matter to them. The E-Commerce Regulations now apply to anyone selling online, and they state that the trader must have in place a mechanism to check and confirm the stock level and price before processing the order. This means that dell cannot argue as above that they are allowed to make what is termed 'a legally operative mistake'. That being the case, their t's&c's could also be reported under The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2001. If enough complaints are received, Dell may back down and honour them rather than face a prosecution.
I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.

Big shame there's no AGP. What can you do with a PC without AGP or PCI-E ?

Maybe it'll be a good media/file server or something?

Er, it can do most things a PC with AGP/PCI-E can do, surely?

For these sort of prices it's a steal, just pop in a PCI graphics card for games if needed.

Oh yeh, certainly is/was a steal, no disputing that! That's why I got one too. What I meant was, if it had a AGP I'd replace my current computer with it and swap over my 6600GT gfx card.

Games are not going to be much fun with a PCI card or the onboard gfx tho. :( But like I said, would make a very good server, especially after selling off the unneeded parts and swapping for extra storage :D

Yeah true, would it be worth swapping over the motherboard perhaps? Then you could have AGP/PCI-E and a nice graphics card.
