Has anyone experience of this online company? I posted earlier on another thread but no responses so far. I have read mixed reviews so would appreciate any forum viewer comments.

They were on Your & Yours (BBC radio 4 programme) recently. Apparently, lots of their customers are unhappy because there are long delays in receiving the orders.

They tell you how long it will take. Then they update as its made and processes. We ordered a bike took 3 months. Shame as i fell pregnant and by the time it arrived i wasn't confident enough to start using it. Been sat in our hallway for 3 months. The bike was a week late which didn't worry me to much. We did struggle with the saddle to attach and i asked a question about how it should be done and they never replied. So it would put me off ordering again the lack or after support. I guess it depends on what you order. We took bike to a savy friend who sorted it all out nice and tight and even blah blah. They were impressed with the quality and the price.

Some of the reviews are terrible, 15 week wait, then turns up damaged........shame, great looking chairs.
