Tax efficienct option re being employed and self-employed/Ltd Company

Hello,

I have a question re my change of situation and the most tax efficient solution for me.

I was self-employed for a few years then last year decided to incorporate (become a limited company) to save money on tax etc.
Then due to health problems i decided i did not want to continue to work for myself full time so i have just become employed full-time so will be paying tax by paye etc. I will be continiung my business part-time for a few clients who are friends so will be declaring this income on my tax return each year.
My question is, would it be better for me to close down my limited company and re-register as self-employed, as it is anticipated that my part-time business will make a loss for a couple of years and i can offset this loss against my employed earnings can't I?

Or is there an alternative i have missed?

Thanks
