asda direct buy & collect in store problem

hello
i made the purchase of an office chair £29 from asda direct, and i chose collect in store, also chose email and mobile alert for when collection in store available. the estimate collection date was 20th. yesterday, i went to asda account to check, it show my local asda has received the item from hdnl, strange? but no alert, i was then expecting to receive the alert today.
its still no alert today, when i log in my account, it said fully returned. it must be their system errors, i didn't cancel my purchase and i expect to collect the item not the return.
:(:(:(
got two emails, one is return is initiated, another one is item received(sure, asda didn't give me the chair).
i'm not worrying about the refund, but i do like to get the new chair.
shall i go the asda to get the chair tonight, or reorder another one?
cheers
