it's always a scam. any reputable loan company will deduct fees from what they send you, and will generally do a bank transfer not a cheque.
none require an up front fee, ever.
well done on avoiding it.Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
SCAM!! RUN AWAY!!!
Nothing they tell you will be true, visit scamwarners.com to post the details or ask for help, but this is a category known as 'Advance Fee Fraud'. There is no loan.0 -

Come on....your not thinking clearly..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
You're being a plonka tonka.

As you have applied for a scam loan, now lay in late while the other scam outfits start sniffing you out as your number or email address is probably at this moment in time circulating through their computers.0

There is NO loan. Hope you got the message!"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
