Glitter Nail polish gives shellac effect!

I have been looking for a glitter nail polish that looks like the shellac glitter and I found it yesterday in Claire's Accessories!!! Its only £2.50 and one coat covers more than enough!! They have loads of different colours I only bought the pink to see if it would be worth it and I am going back to get more!! Its fab and its the cheapest I found and the best just thought id share a little bargain

does it feel smooth when it is on?
the shellac rockstar is smooth and has no bumps when it is dried and that is what I like about it. I have found that some of the other polishes feel too rough, even when they have top coat on.
