Nectar and adams

I was shopping in Adams today and had a 300 point bonus coupon from Nectar, if i spent £10 or over. I gave the assistant the coupon and she called the manager. she accepted the coupon but explained as of 12/03/07 they would no longer be assosciated with Nectar and will be running their own loyalty scheme. News to me. Does anyone know anything about the new Adams loyalty scheme starting 12/03/2007 ?

There is another thread regarding nectar and Adams.I popped into Adams a few days ago and they advised that they had a memo down from head office saying points can be earnt until 12/3/07 but any existing nectar vouchers for Adams can be used until the expiry date on the vouchers.There are a few more stores closing down but ones that are staying open now don't appear to have any clearance bargains like before.

Some stores have closed down,i went into my local one as i had nectar vouchers and coupons to spend !

I was able to use them,like stated above you can use them until the expiry but wont be able to earn any more

Looks like i am saving mine for debenhams now then !

At my local Adams last week,i was told i could use the nectar points voucher i had in my hand,but they weren't swiping Nectar cards until further notice.

I only collected Nectar points to spend in Adams.

There is nothing at all on the Nectar site about the Adams situation but i'm sure I read in one of the other threads that they were still planning on doing the £7.50 vouchers again in the summer which is why I have been holding on to mine til now.
