Mightydeals.com - BAD, BAD, BAD!

Don't touch 'em! I purchased a £99 voucher in March for a bed from gadgetsandproducts.co.uk.
I got the voucher code and tried to apply it on the Gadgets and Products website, but the voucher, while being accepted, was showing as £0. I went ahead with the order, assuming it would be sorted later. Unfortuantely my credit card was debited with over £400. I had to enter the credit card details to pay the shipping charges which were extra over and above the value of the voucher.
I tried contacting mightydeals by email but kept getting messages back saying they had a backlog of customer queries and it would take a while. After contacting Gadgets and Products I eventually managed to cancel the order and get a refund.
Mightydeals still has the £99 and all I keep getting is canned responses telling me how to apply the voucher. I have asked them for a refund and repeatedly sent emails to them asking for my money back.
It is now a month since I received the voucher code.
What can I do? Is it worth contacting Watchdog? I know they did a slot about vouchers recently.
I am shocked that a consumer help organisation like Moneyexpert.com is running such an operation.
Any help gratefully received.
