Crazy Asking Prices In Bromley - Suddenly

LR has London as a whole at 1% above peak in nominal terms.
Can't say anything much is happening in Richmond. RM doesnt seem any different, and on an anecdotal level our landlady still can't sell out flat (14 months on the market now) and whilst there were loads of viewings in march (prob at least 10) there has only been one so far this month.0

In some areas of London and suburbs, demand outstrips supply as there are fewer family houses coming on the market and this can help push prices up.
Areas such as Bromley & Orpington have always been popular & prices quite healthy and popular areas will see a growth where some other areas in the country will continue to see a bit of a loss.
In the area I live in, prices of good family houses seem to be practically back to where there were at the height of the boom in 2007.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0

That's really good news, given that we have (and still are) going through very tough times anything near peak in nominal terms is fantastic.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0
