Can anyone help please? I purchased an item from World of Vouchers and the amount was withdrawn from my account on 10/4. I have had no contact at all from WoV despite repeated emails. I cannot find any contact numbers at all and I am getting extremely concerned now. Any advise???

If you paid by Credit Card and it was over £100 you should be able to get your money back. However, I am not sure what you could do if you do not receive your item.0

Has anyone else had experience of this website?0

I think it is a scam.Ordered a voucher from thm and it just comes up invalid.Everything they produce vouchers for comes from a firm called "luxury offers direct"they operate from the same address and have the same directors but when i phoned feigned having never heard of world of vouchers.Instructions were to cut and paste the code but they said do it manually and shifted me around different phone numbers at 10p per minute.of course I had tried manually anyway.World of vouchers e mail doesn't work and their telephone number has been withdrawn.0

I purchased a voucher but when I received it email said it would not activate for 48 hours. Now the item I purchased has gone off the website so I can't purchase it and I get no reply to my emails :-(
Anyone else had similar problems?
What a stupid system that it takes 48 hours to activate and they obviously sell more vouchers than they have items.0 -
I too have been caught, must admit did not read too clearly so thought i was ordering the product - 2 pairs of sunglasses for 8.95 - took th money and on my accont online the order is there but of course no product sent. This was 3 weeks ago and paid by paypal, and no answer to my emails. Have I any way of getting my money back?0
