The dyson model no DC07 is currently £99.99 + VAT at Makro, a saving of over £60.00. Only problem is you need a card in order to buy one, but for those with cards it's a good deal.

also makro do not help you if u have a problem with the item, you have tocall the dyson helpline and get a returns number before u can go back to makro if something goes wrong with it...

the same with other makes that they sell like panasonic....

this is due to them not being a retail store and so is legal for them to do.....

Not sure twe is right. I bought a Panasonic Home Theatre system from them a couple of years ago. I had problems with it and took it back. The reason they can sell cheap appears to be that they do the warranty themselves, as opposed to with the manufacturer. They swapped the unit for me three times before I finally gave in and got my money back (9 months after original purchase too!!

ah maybe its certain typs of items... mine was a panasonic microwave.....

the dyson is definately over th phone as someone brought 2 in as they were faulty and had to call the helpline then and there....
