I had a leaflet regarding this event through the post the other day and it states the dates Monday 23rd April - 13th May in store. Also says some online prices may vary from instore prices

Asda have a Mother & Baby event on at the moment.

They have a 'Avent Newborn Starter Set' on offer

It contains
2 x 9oz Bottle
2 x 4oz Bottle
4 x Newborn teats
2 x 1m+ teats
1 x Avent bottle brush
1 x 0m+ dummy/soother

On shelf it shows £12 reduced to £6 but actually scanned at till for £3! The brush along is worth about £5!

This was Cr3we Asda - there was one more on shelf

this might be a silly question, but me and h2b will be trying for a baby next year, so would these items 'disintegrate' as such over time? won't be using for about 2 years?

I doubt they would disintegrate but I would just wait to buy them. You might not even need/want them at the time and the supermarkets have these events on quite often!

I know theres a general thread but thought this was worth a mention alone.

Asda had large boxes of little angels nappies for £6 at the latest baby event. Struggled to find them but dropped on tonight at my local. Huge pile of size 5's with no price scanning at £5! these are really good nappies (im usually a pampers mum) and at this price a bargain.

I'd just been and got 3 for 2 on boots jumbo boxes of pampers. This deal is a steal compared to boots. Wish i'd spotted them sooner. Now ive enough nappies to keep us going till hes potty trained ;-)

Boxes of Pampers sensitive wipes- 9 packets in a box, where £5.00 yesterday- now £3.50!! Bargain!! not sure if this is national though.
Grim$by has none left (although maybe they will re-stock!!) as me and another chap cleared the shelf of the few that where there- Sorry, but its the early bird that catches the worm!! teehee..:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
P.S had baby sleepbag/gro-bags at £4.02 for age 0-6month and £5.02 for age 6+ month

Ooh, I'm off to our nearest Asda tomorrow to pick up a few bits I ordered from the baby event, fingers crossed there are some bargains like these! I'll be keeping my eyes peeled and thoroughly examining the price tickets! Poor DH, he's gonna be running and hiding from shame being seen with me I think!
